In this session we’ll explore mistake making and it’s relationship to our ability to grow! We will unpack what it means to be willing to make mistakes and how that can help us grow or achiever our goals and how acting like the the proverbial osterich in the sand when it comes to your mistakes may be getting you short term gains, but can lead to negative consequences in the long term.
