THE V Lab with Rebel Black

Host: Rebel Black
Date: Tuesday 2 August 2022
Time: 12noon – 1pm

In the age of social media we think it’s easy to spot a fake from ten scrolls away – but what if WE are actually the fake? What if our attempts at authenticity (because the magazine said that’s what we should do) is actually denying us our true value and worth? In this session we’ll give ourselves a value and authenticity audit to see where we can turn the mirror on ourselves to clean up our own act and raise our value instantly!

Regen Ag Chat

Host: Kim Deans

Circle of Support

Host: Priscilla Jaya
Date: Wednesday 17 August 2022
Time: 12noon – 1pm

There is power in a circle. A circle has no corners, a circle has no hierarchy, a circle represents we are all equal and a circle is welcoming. Circle of Support is not a treatment room, but a preventative and mindful space to talk about the conflicts in our body, soul and mind, a place where we support and listen.

Regenerative Agriculture

Business Planning & Farm Management

Host: Dianna Jacobsen
Masterclass: Monday 8 August 2022
Time: 12noon – 1.30pm

Too often we focus solely on working IN our business rather than ON our business. There are so many daily demands upon us, that we just keep dealing with what is the ‘loudest’. However, if we spend even a small amount of time reviewing our structure, strategy and systems, we can actually streamline the busy-ness of our business, and improve the returns on both our time and our money.

Join us in this session of looking at common areas where small tweaks generate large outcomes.

Hear about the Tricks and Traps of farm business management, and few current issues to be very aware of in building and maintaining your livelihood and legacy.

Business & Technology

Gain clarity with a strong vision, mission that is aligned with you and find your passion

Host: Rachel Allan
Masterclass: Tuesday 9 August 2022
Time: 12noon – 1.30pm

It is fair to say that entreprenuers want freedom and flexibility from their business. Yet many miss the mark, creating a business that becomes a J.O.B. one that they struggle with, daily.

Worn down being pulled between bookkeeping, Facebook, family, making products or delivering services. Confused about BAS, labeling laws, content creation, funnels and balance sheets. Not making money, not having any freedom or flexibility. Everyday being reactionary to what comes into your inbox, never thinking about your business.

You need to find the passion (again). Understand why you are in business and what being a success really means to you. Creating goals which are aligned with this. Designing a strong vision and mission which are aligned with your values. And to do it all in a balanced way.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Being self aware is key to being a great leader

Host: Maree Crosbie
Group coaching: Thursday 11 August 2022
Time: 12noon – 1.30pm

We will learn discuss how to have all team members be an integral and contributing part of their team.

Group discussion on what attributes you feel are needed to be a self aware leader and how this can be achieved.

You will gain valuable knowledge and skills on how to be present in the moment and the major affect this has on your team/s.

Wellbeing

Online Art

Host: Phoebe Maroulis
Masterclass: Friday 12 August 2022
Time: 12noon – 1.00pm

In this relaxed and immersive session we will explore the act of creating as a tool for holistic wellbeing. We will focus not on the how, so much as the why. It is an invitation to explore the creative process and find new ways of connecting to our best selves.

There are endless forms of creative expression, from gardening, cooking, arranging a vase of flowers, choosing your clothing each day to painting, sewing or woodworking.

If you already have a creative practice bring your tools to the call whether it be your cross stitch, sketch pad, knitting or whittling. If not, bring some scrap paper and drawing utensils. Don’t get precious, whatever you have will be perfect.
