THE V Lab with Rebel Black

Host: Rebel Black
Date: Tuesday 4 October 2022
Time: 12noon – 1pm

In the age of social media we think it’s easy to spot a fake from ten scrolls away – but what if WE are actually the fake? What if our attempts at authenticity (because the magazine said that’s what we should do) is actually denying us our true value and worth? In this session we’ll give ourselves a value and authenticity audit to see where we can turn the mirror on ourselves to clean up our own act and raise our value instantly!

Circle of Support

Host: Priscilla Jaya

There is power in a circle. A circle has no corners, a circle has no hierarchy, a circle represents we are all equal and a circle is welcoming. Circle of Support is not a treatment room, but a preventative and mindful space to talk about the conflicts in our body, soul and mind, a place where we support and listen.

Regenerative Agriculture

Syntropic Thinking and Regenerative Agriculture

Host: Rachelle Armstrong
Masterclass: Monday 10 October 2022
Time: 12noon – 1.30pm

Understanding that nature is always in a state of wellbeing.

How is this helpful? This gives us hope that if we focus our attention on nature’s processes, especially as farmers, we can use this syntropic thinking to uncover a more harmonious and successful outcome on the land and in our businesses.

How can you apply Syntropic Thinking to they way you do business?

Syntropic Enterprises are those that leave everything better. They use the Laws of Nature to guide their businesses to more holistic and caring outcomes for everyone and every critter, including the land that is in their circle of influence.

Business & Technology

Money Mindset

Host: Nikki Lane
Masterclass: Tuesday 11 October 2022
Time: 12noon – 1.30pm

Do you agree with any of these statements?

  • Money doesn’t grow on trees
  • You have to work hard to earn decent money
  • It’s expensive to live and it’s hard to save
  • I never seem to have enough money
  • Money only goes out and never comes in
  • Money is something I constantly worry about

This is your money mindset. Which is your attitude and beliefs about money. It controls how you handle your finances and guides you in every single financial decision you make.

But what if these were all just beliefs that have been instilled upon you by others? What if you decided you were no longer going to buy into those beliefs? What if you could change your beliefs and have a more positive relationship with money?

That’s what we are going to chat about on in my Money Mindset talk. Can’t wait to see you there.

To help you gain the most out of your month of learning with THE Rural Woman we have developed this workbook. Use it for each session you show up to.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Unpacking Resistance to Change

Host: Katrina Dickson
Group coaching: Thursday 13 October 2022
Time: 12noon – 1.30pm

How often do we hear that people don’t like change? How often do we hear the words “resistant to change” without questioning what it actually means? In this session we will start by looking at the types of change that we face in life. We will then look at why change is sometimes hard to cope with, and why resistance occurs. We will then consider how we can reframe our view of resistance to one that is positive rather than negative. Finally we will look at how we can do our best to manage change effectively. You will be able to apply this knowledge straight away in any of your current or future roles: in your families, businesses, committees, organisations and communities.
