No one likes to be criticised and often we avoid feedback, fearing the worst – but what if learning to embrace it is the pathway to freedom and to the life you desire? In this session we’ll explore the baby steps you can take along the mindset continuum to nurture our capacity to embrace and utilise the feedback loop so we grow. Importantly we’ll also explore the distinction bewteen the unhelfpul inner critic and the wise and supportive one, knowing when to listen and when to ignore internal feedback!
