This is just the beginning of a very exciting journey for you.

This next 12 months is going to be a growth experience for you and we are 100% committed to supporting you to achieve your dreams, but we need 100% commitment from you too!

By signing, I agree to do my very best to:*

Participate in the program and if I deem necessary, engage in 1:1 mentoring outside of the program*

Termination Terms*
- If I wish to terminate this agreement, I understand there is a 10 day cooling off period where only a $100 administraiton fee is charged. After this cooling off period I must complete an exit survey, pay an administrative fee of $100 plus any outstanding program fees.
