What is Triage?

TRIAGE is a training event to help participants clarify a business idea or community activation.

Participants will create a lean canvas business model for the idea and then prepare a pitch.

The pitch event is open to anyone to listen, only those who have participated in the training are able to pitch.

We don’t expect pitches to be perfect, but they should be able to tell their idea.

Supported by the State Government of NSW this event will bring together 35 women who have a business idea or community activation they would like to have funded and supported.

Which is where you come in.

Do you have money to invest in great ideas backed by a proven support network?

It could $10,000 or $10,000,000 – you might choose to learn more about 1 idea or 6.

All we ask is that you listen to each pitch with an open mind and heart.

The best pitch on the day takes home $1000 in cash AND a 12 month BLOOM membership that provides education, coaching and networking to ensure their best possible chance of success. THE Rural Woman Co-Operative has a proven track record in helping women perfect and achieve their business or community activation idea.

THE Rural Woman has delivered virtual and online variations of TRIAGE into 15 communities since 2018. Resulting in the growth and development of many successful business ideas.
Past events gave participants an opportunity to launch events, form community/networking groups, start new businesses or add products or services to their business.

Check out some previous participants who have gone on to bring their ideas to life

THE Rural Woman has developed and refined methodology that provides an energising and supportive online environment in a skill development framework. This dynamic format results in helping participants to maximise their learning and provides an excellent opportunity to present their ideas to the marketplace.

Will you be JOINING US at the online pitch event
on the 31st March

All we ask is your time to attend the Pitch event on the 31st March and an open mind to listen to each pitch. If you are keen to learn more about an idea we will connect you with the participant/s for a discussion. You then decide if, and how much, you would like to give. We ask that this commitment is mostly in the form of money, however you may also consider mentoring the participant as part of your investment.
